We currently only ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Please allow 48 hours to process and ship your order (Monday-Friday) except major holidays.
Standard Shipping Costs
Shipments to addresses within the United States:
- Orders of $100.00 or more: Free Ground Shipping
- Orders under $100.00: $10.00 Flat Rate Ground Shipping
- Orders to Alaska or Hawaii can only be shipped UPS 2nd Day Air: $30.00

For faster delivery, we are happy to expedite the processing and shipping of your order.

Returns
We are committed to providing you with the highest quality products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product within 30 days for a full refund.
All product returns must have been purchased directly through our website, and can be returned with our customer service department at 949-595-4300.
If you have purchased Kerstin Florian products at any other authorized reseller (store/online store/spa), please first contact that store directly to inquire about their return policy.
If you would like to return an item that qualified you for a gift with purchase, you will need to return the gift along with the merchandise you purchased.
